How your personal data is handled in this membership platform. Your club is the data controller; the platform processes data on the club's behalf.
Who is responsible
Each club is the data controller for its own members — contact your club's board for any data request. Platform operator: [operator name and contact e-mail].
What we process, and why
To run your membership we store your name and e-mail (lawful basis: the membership agreement) and, if you sign in with Google, a login identifier. We never collect more than a feature needs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data (access and portability), correction of anything wrong, or erasure. A club admin can export your data as JSON and erase or anonymise your membership from your member page.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your membership is active. Inactive memberships are anonymised automatically once the club's retention period has passed.
Who we share it with
Sign-in is handled by Google when you choose it. Hosting is within the EU. We do not sell your data.
Complaints
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
